Weight Wait Weight!

Welcome to The Diamond Dragonfly.

They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength.

I thought I wanted a weight loss journal but it was too complicated to keep records on such a small area. I will put monthly pictures on these pages, one of 8. Half a pound a week seems very slow but it is coming off.

Thank you for dropping by.

God Bless you,

Carole

You know me, Carole...I just love love LOVE those vintage dress forms. I can't seem to get enough of them. I would make so many more of these cards but I don't always have the right person to send them to, or occasion to make them, but they (sewing cards/dress forms) remain my favorite style to make. Thanks for sharing this one with us!

Great idea for the monthly pics of yourself. A half a pound a week is wonderful..I'm a wt management coach and the slower the better. It re-sets your metabolism. Another suggestion to go along with your picture might be your waist to hip ratio or body fat vs just the weight loss. Blessings along the way! Lisa (speedytv challenge)
