Finally, after four weeks of unrelenting very harsh
pain, almost making me completely useless things have begun to return to
normal. I have had a fairly productive day today, the first in a very long
time. I think it was my new running
shoes. Both my knees wouldn't even bend, not that you would want to as they hurt
without any movement. My right leg, arm and shoulder were the worst. I could barely think the pain was so severe.
I went to
the front again this Sunday for prayer and my knees gradually loosened up and
the pain lessened. I believe changing running shoes was a
word of wisdom from the LORD.
I am thankful to God that things are
turned around.
