As Dry Leaves

Good morning from windy, rainy, uptown Cumberland. We have had more than a few blasts from Sandy’s tailwind. I can truly tell you that, “As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly," is a fact. (Clement Clarke Moore (1779 – 1863). All our many leaves are blown up against the dog pen fence. I tried a few different things on this card. You will note the embossing powder isn’t perfect, but I will get better with all you lovely mentors at hand. I could have placed the bow on the big circle causing it to look more like a pumkin. To quote my Granny who relocated to Heaven 2 months before her 109th birthday, "Too Soon Old, Too Late Smart".
I am entering this card into the Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge 131.

2Sisters Card Challenge is asking for fall colours. Using what you have on hand is quite a challange initself. http://2sisterschallengeblog.blogspot.ca/2012/10/challenge-115-halloween-or-fall-colors.html

I want to thank you all for the kind comments and here is an invitation to those who choose to join my site. You are welcome here.
Blessings to all,
Carole
