Rag Tag

For some unknown reason I want to show you this tag I made. It is my first messy project and I had a great time.  Wendy posted a video on how she made her tag, so on Wednesday at Sharon’s I suggested we make this little project.

Sharon is still in shock that I love mine, she actually can’t believe it.  I don’t think she wants to make any more.
Anyway I had 3 colors with me, all dark, some punched out flowers and a bright white brad. The tag is Kraft paper which I really like. My life is exploding with delights these days.

First off we go to a thrift shop and I bought the only dictionary I could find, a Funk and Wagnall’s. (the first one I have ever laid eyes on). I pulled out a page with mercy, mercies on it.

The process began much like the video but perhaps a lot less refined and a lot less pretty.

My friend who has battled brain cancer these last months has gone ahead to Heaven. We have such a great hope in Him who gave His all.  Hope is really earnest expectation, and it is hope that grounds us, and at the same time  keeps our dreams alive, as we trust in the Lord with all our heart.  God bless you all.
