Happy Birthday Adam

Welcome to my blog, The Diamond Dragonfly

Another fun, family friendly challenge with a wholesome sentiment, and ‘of course’ it’s “Anything Goes” as far as styles or projects.
This is our 163rd challenge.  A TWO week challenge for you this time.
Thank you so much for taking time to share your magnificent art with us. We appreciate your participation and we love seeing the creations.
Congratulations to the winners from last week.  Once again, we had so beautiful entries.

I burned two dozen buns yesterday and I am now out of yeast. The bun making is on hold until I get to the store.  I did get the meat mixture cooked and frozen until the pastry is made for the tourtiere.
Adam will turn 14 on December 19th hence the rather ‘embellishment free’ birthday bag to hold his gift. I used the sketch from ODBD.

Here is some wonderful free Word Art for you.

Fabulous bag Carole - love the colours you have used, and that simple embellishment is perfect.

Hi, Carole! First, let me say that I love your more masculine (not to mention inspirational) birthday bag you have created for Adam! Then I have to add that on the Stampotique site you need to include your name and challenge number in order to be in the drawing for one of two $30 gift certificates drawn at the end of each month! In any case, we are glad that you chose to enter the Stampotique Designers' Challenge!

Love the patch work effect you've created on the bag. I'll have to have a go at doing these myself :)
Thanks for joining us on TTCRD

I love the warm feeling of this gift bag. The prints you used to do the piecing makes it look like a cozy homespun quilt. Have a blessed Christmas, my friend!

Oh, Carole, I really love your card! It reminds me of a quilt with the beautiful designer paper (yes, I used to quilt before I got "hooked" on stamping!). And I certainly love this wonderful verse and always love the WAW verses! Wishing you a wonderful new year, sweet friend! Warm hugs!
