Fly Away Home

Welcome to my blog, The Diamond Dragonfly
We are under construction here at the Diamond Dragonfly for a while longer.
SparkPlug is on the mend; however nursing a sick dog is time consuming. He is looking and acting more like a 10 year old instead of 14+. Taylor found a DIY recipe for healthy dog food and dog treat recipes on Pinterest. The dogs LOVE the food and we are hoping it will help their health.
My card was made for a man who has stage 4 cancer. He was the assistant to my daughter-in-laws’ hairdresser. It was hand delivered with a lovely letter from me saying how much we would all like to know he was on his way to Heaven when he finishes his sojourn here on earth and that God loves him.
The supplies I used for this card can be found in the links below for all my Canadian friends. Holidaymini Page 23

Another fun, family friendly, challenge with a wholesome sentiment, and ‘”of course” it’s always “Anything Goes” as far as styles or projects.
This is our 199th challenge. Thank you so much for taking time to share your wonderfully creative art with us. We appreciate your participation and we love seeing your creations.

Congratulations to the winners from last week.  Once again, we had many beautiful entries. All your cards and projects are extremely inspirational.
Karen has great things planned for our 200th challenge? Next Week, be prepared!

Oh this card is superb! Putting this verse inside of the butterfly was such a clever idea! You are so smart with how you use these printables. Thanks so much for all of your hard work in creating them for us. :)

Oh, Carole, what a beautiful card with the butterfly, and what a precious Scripture verse for this man. So sorry to hear about his Stage IV cancer and pray that God would draw him to Himself so that you would know that he is homeward-bound. Oh, the joy and comfort of that during these difficult times! I love your new photo! Hugs!
